All members of staff at Heywoods were very nice , the offices were appropriate and the chapel of rest was very calming . Michael was lovely he went above and beyond and attended to every detail perfectly. He was extremely thorough and whilst we were going through a very distressing time his manner was very calming and he was able to guide us step by step to achieve what we wanted. On the day of the funeral Michael and his members were so respectful , we could not have asked for anything better. So a huge Thankyou to Heywoods for all your love and kindness at a really bad time in our lives.
Since posting this review I need to make an additional comment.
Collected the ashes from Heywoods and I was astounded by the presentation and the thought behind everything they gave me, the touches and the love and care displayed by every little detail was truly amazing , I really cannot thank Michael, Diane and all at Heywoods for the compassion care and love they have extended to us at such a traumatic time in our life. Xx
