As a family we were all very impressed with Harold P. Heywood Funeral Service, Failsworth. We all felt very comfortable talking to Michael, he is very good at what he does. He makes everyone feel at ease from start to finish. We thought it was so touching how he promised to take care of my beloved nana when he collected her from her home. Micheal continued to reassure us that she was being well cared for and this was very comforting. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and was able to guide us through every decision we made. I cannot thank him enough for getting all the small details just right and keeping in constant communication with us throughout the process. The order of service was put together so beautifully and is a lovely tribute to be treasured by many.
