We honestly can’t thank Michael enough for everything he’s done for us during such a heartbreaking time.
From day one, he made us feel calm, cared for and never once rushed us. He treated our lovely mumma Karen, like she was his own.
It never felt like we were dealing with a ‘funeral director’, Michael felt like a mate from the get-go.
Nothing was too much, whether it was popping in for an extra visit or letting us take our time saying goodbye.
Thanks to him, Mum had the most beautiful send-off (she’d have bloody loved it), and we’ll forever be grateful. You’re the best, Michael. Thank you so much x
